Daniel Minter is a Performance Analyst at the Washington Nationals, responsible for developing data-driven goals for player improvement and preparing daily advance reports during the season. Prior to this role, Daniel held various internships within the Washington Nationals organization, focusing on video analysis and player performance tracking. Before joining the Nationals, Daniel gained experience as an Executive Assistant at Dugout Mugs®, where Daniel built operational training materials and created training videos. Daniel also has experience in data analysis and event management from their time at the Detroit Tigers. With a Master's degree in Sport Management from the University of Florida, Daniel has a strong background in sports analytics and operations.
