Amberrose Ross

AmberRose Ross has extensive experience in customer service and ticketing management, currently serving as the Assistant Box Office Manager at Washington Pavilion since September 2012. Responsibilities include managing box office staff, assisting patrons with ticketing needs, and facilitating communication between departments. Prior to this role, AmberRose was a Box Office Representative at Washington Pavilion, handling ticket sales and customer inquiries. From September 2003 to September 2012, AmberRose worked as an Office Assistant for the South Dakota Symphony, where responsibilities included greeting patrons and managing phone communications. AmberRose holds a GED from Tri-Valley High School, completed in 2000.
