Kelly Dibble

Kelly Dibble is the Vice Chair at Washington Performing Arts. Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the housing and hospitality industries.

Kelly started their career in 1995 as the Director at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Kelly was promoted to Vice President at Rezmar Corporation in 2000 and then to Executive Director at the Illinois Housing Development Authority in 2003. In their role as Executive Director, Kelly managed the daily operations of the Authority, including issuing approximately $500 million in tax exempt and taxable bonds annually and allocating state and federal tax credit programs worth approximately $200 million annually. Kelly also led the development of a comprehensive statewide housing policy by chairing the first Housing Task Force in state history and authoring the first comprehensive housing plan for the state.

In their current role as Vice Chair at Washington Performing Arts, Kelly is responsible for leading the organization's efforts to support and nurture artists and build meaningful engagement with the community through the arts.

Kelly Dibble has a Juris Doctor from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics from Wellesley College. Kelly is certified in Illinois, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania for Bar Admission.
