Jennifer Pederson

Jennifer Pederson has extensive experience in various industries, primarily in real estate, public relations, and nonprofit work. Jennifer founded Pederson Properties in 2003 and served as the Founder/CEO, representing luxury real estate clients and investors. Jennifer also worked as a Luxury Portfolio International Broker, providing unparalleled marketing services in the luxury real estate market. Jennifer was a Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Broker, contributing to a global network of top independent real estate firms.

In addition to their real estate career, Jennifer held leadership positions in professional organizations such as the Women's Council of REALTORS® and Washington REALTORS™, where they served as the State President and VP-Elect of Membership. Jennifer was also involved with the Snohomish County-Camano Association of REALTORS®, serving on the Association Board of Directors, as President-Elect, and as VP of Communications.

Outside of the real estate industry, Jennifer founded and led Oily Adventures, a global health and wellness influencer platform that partnered with Young Living to provide non-toxic products. Jennifer also created and led the nonprofit organization, Jennifer Is Greater, dedicated to supporting those affected by cancer. Earlier in their career, Jennifer gained experience in the hospitality industry, working in various roles at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa.

Jennifer Pederson attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Psychology. Later, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Communication at the same institution, with a focus in Technology & Marketing. Jennifer also holds several additional certifications, including a Washington State Real Estate License obtained in 2011, an Alabama Real Estate License obtained in 2009, an ePRO - Advanced Digital Marketing & Technology Expert certification obtained in June 2005, an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) certification obtained in January 2005, a California Real Estate License obtained in 2005, and a Hawai'i Real Estate License obtained in 2003.
