Eric Penland

Eric Penland, P.E. MSPM, currently serves as a Project Engineer at Washington River Protection Solutions since May 2024. Previously, Penland was the Chief Engineer and Project Manager at VNS Federal Services from August 2022 to July 2024, and an Advisory Engineer at TradeWind Services LLC, specializing in contract consulting for the Sludge Treatment Project. With extensive experience in engineering management, Penland has held leadership roles at several organizations, including Vista Engineering Technologies LLC, which involved managing mechanical engineering staff and project management procedures. Penland has also contributed as a Field Office Engineer at SAIC, Continuous Improvement Manager at ConAgra Foods, and Mechanical Engineering Manager at ASRC Energy Services, overseeing substantial teams and projects. Educationally, Penland holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
