Gary Heil

Gary Heil is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the host of "Leadership Lessons from the Fast Lane" at WSB since June 2020, Gary also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at CellTech Metals since March 2007. As a co-founder of The Center for Innovative Leadership since 1991, Gary has significantly contributed to innovative leadership practices. Previous roles include founder of the Pitch It Forward Foundation, a board member at Gymboree and Red Envelope Corporation, and Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Safe Life Corp. Gary's entrepreneurial journey began as the founder and CEO of the National Pitching Association. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, a Master’s in Organizational Behavior from California American University, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Coast Guard Academy.
