Ezra Goldman

Ezra Goldman is an experienced production operations leader with a significant background in the footwear industry. Currently serving as the Director of Production Operations at Washington Shoe Company since September 2022, Ezra previously held roles as a Senior Production Manager and a Nordstrom Product Group Employee at Nordstrom from January 2022 to July 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at Caleres, Inc., where roles encompassed Country General Manager & Production Operations Director and Sr. Program Manager for Production Operations & Raw Material Warehouse. Notably, Ezra was instrumental in establishing a Vietnam sourcing organization aimed at doubling growth by 2022 and achieved a 34% improvement in team performance through effective change management strategies. Ezra holds a BA in German Language and Literature and East Asian Studies from Oberlin College.
