Jill Hughes

Jill Hughes is a skilled professional with diverse experience in community support and grant writing. Currently serving as a Program Specialist at the Washington Small Business Development Center since September 2023, Jill has previously completed a Grant Writing Internship at Family Promise of Spokane, successfully securing a $10,000 grant for General Operations. As a Community Based Housing Case Manager at Volunteers of America of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, Jill provided whole-person care and supported participants in achieving their housing goals. Jill's experience also includes various roles at Family Promise of Spokane, where responsibilities ranged from developing volunteer management systems to processing emergency rental assistance applications.
