Eric Morrison

Eric Morrison is a Principal with Washington Square Realty Capital, where he underwrites and places deals with capital sources. His duties include creating offering memorandums, development budgets, and pro forma analysis for potential deals. Once an offering memorandum has been completed Eric also assists in communicating with potential investors in an effort to finance transactions.
