Jillian Luis

Jillian Luis is a Project Manager at Washington State Opportunity Scholarship. Previously, Jillian worked as a Specialist in Educational Services and Support at California Community Colleges and as a Public Policy Fellow at Community College League of California. Jillian also served as a Consultant at South Seattle College and as an Honors Admissions Reader at the University of Washington. Before that, Jillian was an Assistant Manager at America China Exchange Society, where Jillian worked with Chinese students. Jillian holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Education Policy from the University of Washington College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from the University of Washington.
