Bethany D. Williams

Bethany D. Williams, PhD, MSH, EP-C, currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Washington State University Spokane, where responsibilities include leading and assisting courses in applied pathophysiology and nutrition-related practices. As a Postdoctoral Researcher and Co-Chair of the Food Service Guidelines Workgroup with the Nutrition & Obesity Policy Research and Evaluation Network (NOPREN), Bethany D. Williams is actively involved in research initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where Bethany D. Williams coordinated studies and conducted significant research on health practices in early care and education. Educational credentials include a PhD in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a Master's in Exercise Science and Chronic Disease from the University of North Florida.
