Doug Fowler

Doug Fowler is an experienced IT QA Manager currently at Washington Trust Bank since August 2020, following an extensive career in quality assurance and IT management at Integra, Smith Technologies, and RedSail Technologies from 2002 to 2020, where a QA department of approximately 30 staff was developed, and significant QA and IT processes were established.
