Katherine Shipman

Katherine Shipman has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Katherine started their career as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Sterling Savings Bank in 1998 and later advanced to become the VP, Compensation & Benefits Manager at Washington Trust Bank in 2000. In their role, they were responsible for designing, managing, and administering a total reward system that attracts, motivates, and retains employees. Katherine provided leadership, planning, project coordination, and budgeting for compensation, benefits, and corporate wellness initiatives.

Katherine Shipman earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from Eastern Washington University, from 1995 to 1998.
