Terry Neal

Terry Neal has over three decades of experience in the banking industry, with a strong focus on commercial real estate (CRE) lending. Terry began their career in 1986 with Northwest Farm Credit Services, where they gained valuable insights into agriculture and land lending. Terry then transitioned to roles as a Commercial Lending Officer at various institutions before joining US Bank NA in 2009 as an SVP in the Commercial R/E Dept. In 2017, they continued their career at Washington Trust Bank as the VP of the CRE Group. Throughout their career, Terry has specialized in providing competitive bank products and services for a variety of CRE projects in the Western US, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Terry Neal pursued an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting at Eastern Washington University from 1980 to 1985. Additionally, from 1986 to 2017, Terry attended various seminars at EWU, Northwest Farm Credit, and the Appraisal Institute focusing on Commercial Real Estate Appraisal. In 1993, Terry continued education specifically in Commercial Real Estate Appraising at the Appraisal Institute.
