Azad Bonni

Azad Bonni serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Neuroscience & Rare Diseases at Roche pRED since July 2019. Concurrently, Azad Bonni holds multiple academic positions at Washington University in St. Louis, including Adjunct Professor, Director of the McDonnell Center for Cellular and Molecular Neurobiology, and Professor and Head of the Department of Neuroscience, where significant research is conducted on neural circuit assembly and its disruptions in neurological diseases. Previously, Azad Bonni held professorships at Harvard Medical School across various disciplines and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroscience from Harvard University and an MD from Queen's University, supplemented by neurology training at McGill University.
