Chelsea Hand-Sheridan currently serves as Associate Director at the International Center for Child Health and Development (ICHAD) at Washington University in St. Louis, a position held since March 2022, after previously serving as Training Programs Manager at the same institution. Prior to this role, Chelsea Hand-Sheridan worked at the International Institute of St. Louis from June 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included Director of Workforce Solutions and various roles focused on workforce development for New Americans. Earlier experience includes serving as a Health Education Extension Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Tanzania, where significant contributions were made in community health education.
