Karissa Rusu

Karissa Rusu serves as the Associate Director of Graduate Business Career Development at Washington University in St. Louis since August 2019, also holding the title of Interim Associate Director of Career Coaching for Specialized Masters Programs and is a Certified Career Management Coach. Rusu specializes in providing career coaching tailored to graduate business students, including resume and cover letter reviews, mock interviews, networking skills, and navigation of campus resources. Previously, Rusu worked as an International Student Advisor at Saint Louis University and advised graduate business students at the John Cook School of Business. Rusu’s earlier experience includes serving as an International NGO Representative with the International Mission Board and as an Admissions Representative at Hannibal-LaGrange University. Rusu holds a Master’s degree in Student Personnel Administration from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Hannibal-LaGrange University.
