Kevin Pelzel

Kevin Pelzel is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, management consulting, and educational resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Washington University in St. Louis since September 2017, Kevin provides guidance on a variety of issues including disciplinary matters, recruitment strategies, and organizational design. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at Fontbonne University and Director of the Kinkel Center for Academic Resources, where Kevin managed staff and educational programs.
