Priscilla L. Hill-Ardoin

Priscilla. Hill-Ardoin is retired senior vice president for regulatory compliance and chief privacy officer for AT&T Services, Inc. She previously served the company as president of Southwestern Bell Missouri and as Southwestern Bell’s first director of diversity. Ms. Hill-Ardoin is a board member of Haven for Hope Transformational Center for the Homeless in San Antonio and an external advisory committee member of the Vanderbilt-Meharry-Matthew Walker Center of Excellence in Sickle Cell Disease. She previously served on the boards of the Houston Area Urban League and the Hawthorn Foundation and was appointed to the FCC’s Chairman’s Advisory Commission on Diversity in Communications in the Digital Age.

She is a past member of the John M. Olin Business School National Council. In 2000, she received the Olin Business School’s Distinguished Alumni Award and the Founders Day Distinguished Alumni Award from Washington University. Ms. Hill-Ardoin earned a bachelor’s degree from Drury College, a master’s degree from Purdue University, a Master of Business Administration from Washington University, and a law degree from Saint Louis University.
