Tiara Jordan-Sutton

Tiara Jordan-Sutton is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in various roles dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for all students. Currently serving as the Founder and Executive Director of Activate STL since February 2022, Tiara also holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at Washington University in St. Louis and Board President at BELIEVE STL Academy. As an Educational Consultant for BelievEd and a member of Education Leaders of Color, Tiara contributes to initiatives that support young people of color in achieving their educational and life goals. Previous roles include Principal at Intrinsic Schools, Director of Student Life and Principal at North Lawndale College Prep High School, and Head of School at Breakthrough Public Schools, among others. Tiara's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Eastern Michigan University and multiple post-master's certificates in leadership and diversity from Northwestern University and Washington University in St. Louis.
