Andrew Villamor

Andrew Villamor has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Storekeeper cum Inventory Controller at IRIDIA Inspection and Testing Corporation. In 2010, they moved to TELETECH as a Customer Service Representative/Collection Sales. In 2012, they became a Rigger at Middle East Dredging Company- MEDCO. In 2014, they worked as a Medical Insurance Specialist at Convergys Philippines and a Sales/Collection Representative - Collections Agent at AFNI Philippines. In 2016, they began working at Concentrix as a Loan Servicing Specialist and at Washmen as a Business Intelligence Analyst and a Customer Service Team Lead, where they receive and resolves escalation level calls from representatives and clients, establishes new processes and procedures, and coordinates with other departments throughout the organization on special projects.
