Elette Collins

Elette Collins, MBA, serves as the Grants Compliance Manager at Washtenaw Intermediate School District since October 2013, overseeing the development and monitoring of state and federal grant budgets, performing risk assessments, and conducting site monitoring visits among other responsibilities. Prior experience includes the role of Program Manager at Eastern Michigan University, where Elette managed budgets and grant applications, and organized activities to enhance parent involvement. Elette has also held positions such as State Coordinator, where leadership in FCCLA activities was provided, and Early On/First Steps Coordinator at Lincoln Consolidated Schools, focusing on community outreach and support for families. Elette's career began as a Senior Accountant at the University of Michigan, where financial management and compliance were key duties. Elette holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Western Michigan University.
