Raed Yaghnam has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Raed is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of WASITA GROUP since September 2004. Raed also founded and serves as the C.E.O. of YCrave International Concepts Ltd., a food concepts creation and launch pad, where they own the Ka'ekology and Chaparata chains. Raed Yaghnam is a Partner at KidzMondo, and they also served as the Chairman of Elite Group for medical equipment and investments.
Raed Yaghnam attended the National Orthodox School from 1976 to 1988. Following this, they enrolled at Kalamazoo College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Raed'sfields of study at Kalamazoo College included Political Science and Government, as well as Business Administration.

Wasita has its own quality manual, quality assurance, quality control and standard operation procedure (SOP’s), which is complying with international standards of facilities management, life support & remote logistics services. Wasita Owns, builds, manages and operates its camp facilities in addition to providing services to clients in various remote locations.
