Junaid Telakkadu

Junaid Telakkadu has worked in various data science and business intelligence roles throughout their career. Junaid most recently served as the Lead Data Scientist at wasl group starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at DP World from August 2020 to July 2022. From July 2014 to August 2020, they held the position of Data Scientist/Business Intelligence Analyst at flydubai. Junaid also has experience as a Senior Engineer in Business Intelligence at NTT DATA GDS, where they worked from July 2010 to May 2013.

Junaid Telakkadu has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Junaid then pursued further education, completing a Postgraduate Degree in Machine Learning and AI at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore from 2020 to 2022. Simultaneously, they also pursued a Master of Science in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at Liverpool John Moores University from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Junaid has obtained certifications in IBM Data Science Specialization, Data Visualization with Python, Machine Learning with Python, and Python for Data Science and AI from Coursera in 2019.
