Aya El-Geddawy has been working in the field of talent acquisition and employer branding since 2018. Aya began their career as a Voice Over Artist at TheSoul Publishing in 2018, and then became a Fellow at MARJ3 in the same year. In 2020, they took on the role of HR & Internal Communication Specialist and Human Resources Intern at Food Magic Group. In 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LyRise, and in 2022 they were hired as a Talent Attraction Partner at Wasla Browser and a People and Culture Partner at Cartona. During their time at Cartona, they managed the talent acquisition life cycle end to end in all Egypt's Regions in Tech, Growth and Strategy business units, resulting in growing the teams 125% bigger.
Aya El-Geddawy has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Ahram Canadian University - ACU, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. Aya then pursued a Pre-Masters in Journalism at Cairo University from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are enrolled in the Human Resources Management program at AUC - School of Continuing Education.
