Peter Ishak Fawzy

Peter Ishak Fawzy has over 17 years of work experience in the technology field. Peter currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Wasla Browser, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & CTO of Archista from 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were employed at e-finance, where they served as an Enterprise Architect and Development Manager. From 2004 to 2017, they were employed at Egyptian Banks Company, where they served as a Payment Solutions Architect, (EFT Switch& Backend) Products Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for leading projects from inception to implementation, ensuring milestones were met, and building high quality teams. Peter also created proof of concept prototypes for leadership teams, identified areas of risk, enhanced security, and provided quality assurance in reviewing security compliance of system design and implementation.

Peter Ishak Fawzy's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Egypt's Faculty of Engineering, Computer Department from 1998 to 2003, as well as an ITI Diploma from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) in SSD Intake 23 from 2003 to 2004. Peter has also obtained numerous certifications, including ITIL Intermediate CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2019, TIBCO Business Works (ESB) & SPOTFIRE (Analytics) from TIBCO in August 2019, ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2019, Agile Software Development from Software Engineering Competence Center-SECC in November 2017, The Open Group Certified: TOGAF 9 Certified from The Open Group in April 2016, Oracle Certified Master from Oracle in January 2015, Oracle Certified Expert, Java EE 6 Enterprise JavaBeans Developer from Oracle in October 2012, Mastering Object Oriented Analysis and Design using UML 2.0 from IBM in 2009, and Sun Certified Professional from Sun Microsystems in May 2004.
