Manoj Mudgal

Manoj Mudgal is an experienced executive in the customer experience and operations sector, currently serving as the Executive Director for Sub-Saharan Africa at iSON Xperiences Ltd since January 2022. Prior to this role, Manoj held the position of SVP & Business Head for the MTN Account at iSON BPO from June 2015 to November 2021. Manoj's career includes significant roles such as Vice President of Customer Operations at Jio and Vice President & Head of Operations at Reliance Communications, along with various management positions at TATA TELECOM Limited and DCM Data Products. Manoj holds an Engineering Diploma in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Pusa Institute of Technology and an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University.
