Iva Kochovska

Iva Kochovska is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Jimdo since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at The Big Search from January 2017 to August 2023, where Iva held positions like Delivery Director for Embedded Talent Acquisition, Interim Head of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Manager/Consultant, successfully leading teams and developing hiring strategies for clients in the tech sector. Iva contributed to team growth and strategy as a member of the leadership team and Head of Research, scaling a team from 7 to 45 in under two years.
