Thayer Lavielle

Thayer Lavielle is an accomplished marketing and business development executive with extensive experience in the luxury products and sports marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of The Collective at Wasserman since April 2011, Lavielle has held multiple leadership roles including EVP and SVP in various capacities. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of the French American Chamber of Commerce of North Carolina in a volunteer capacity, and as Executive Vice President at BRANDTHINK LLC. Lavielle's earlier career includes key positions at JR Motorsports, Lancôme, Designer Fragrances at L'Oreal USA, and Nike Communications, where significant achievements in sales and marketing strategies were accomplished. Lavielle holds a BA in French and Religion from Colgate University.
