David Wiggins

David Wiggins has extensive experience in the waste management industry, having worked at Waste Connections since 2006 in roles including Government Affairs/Project Manager and Division Vice President. Prior to this, Wiggins served as General Manager at Allied Waste from 2000 to 2006 and held the position of DVP at BFI from 1988 to 1999. Wiggins holds a degree in Mining Technology from Rend Lake College, where studies were completed between 1977 and 1979.
