Michelle Goodman

Michelle Goodman serves as the Outreach Manager at Waste Connections since April 2022, focusing on implementing legislation, educating communities, and ensuring compliance with Solid Waste Contractual Agreements. In addition, Michelle assists with the transition of newly awarded franchise agreements and the integration of new business acquisitions. As a Substitute Teacher at Ukiah Unified School District since February 2020, Michelle contributes to the K-12 education system and impacts youth in the community. Previously, Michelle held roles as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Recycling Education Coordinator at Waste Management, enhancing employee support and promoting sustainability. Michelle is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Oregon State University, complementing a Bachelor of Business Administration earned cum laude from Sonoma State University.
