Jesse Garcia

Jesse Garcia is an experienced environmental management professional currently serving as Site General Manager at Waste Control Specialists since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jesse held the position of Vice President at Cedar Mountain Environmental from March to September 2023, and served as Vice President of Operations at Greenfield Logistics from September 2017 to April 2023. Jesse's earlier career includes positions such as Director of TSDF Operations and Project Manager & Compliance Officer at Waste Control Specialist LLC and Greenfield Logistics, respectively. Jesse has substantial experience managing projects at various locations, including Department of Energy facilities, and expertise in mixed waste operations from a decade-long tenure at EnergySolutions, where responsibilities included overseeing container processing and operations at a permitted treatment facility.
