Jake Varney is a Lead Project Manager at Waste Creative, where Jake manages the day-to-day resource of a studio of 20+ designers and developers. Previously, Jake worked at Think Jam as a Senior Producer, overseeing rich media advertising campaigns and managing client feedback. With a background in Philosophy from the University of Reading, Jake has extensive knowledge of creative formats and is highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
