Michael Brackman Jr. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnership management and product management across various industries. Currently serving as the Strategic Partnership Manager for Waste Dynamics since 2018, Michael oversees partnerships with haulers in the Midwest, enhancing market performance. As the Owner of Spirit Splash LLC/SmoothTees.com since 2010, Michael has successfully negotiated vendor pricing and managed logistics and accounting operations. Previously, as an International Product Manager at Vitamix from 2014 to 2018, Michael managed the international product portfolio and contributed to significant growth in new markets. Experience at TTI Floor Care North America and Grimco, Inc. includes analysis of product profitability and outstanding revenue growth, respectively. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
