Brian Leonard

Leonard brings nearly 30 years of experience in the solid waste and recycling industry to the role. He has experience creating and analyzing operational models and leading and optimizing team performance.

In addition to owning his own waste-hauling company for seven years, Leonard previously worked for a Fortune 200 company.

As Vice President of Equipment, Leonard oversees the management of equipment services for the company. He also manages partnerships with Waste Harmonics’ equipment service/repair providers.

Leonard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Rochester and an executive MBA from the University at Buffalo.
