Anita Walls

Anita Walls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and contact center operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Waste Management since March 2021, Anita manages daily operations of the Customer Experience call center and develops strategies to enhance quality and productivity metrics. Previously, Anita held multiple leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 1997 to November 2018, culminating in the position of Divisional Vice President of In-Home Repair Global Contact Center Operations, overseeing a global team of over 1500 associates and a budget of $62 million. With educational credentials that include a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado College, Anita possesses both analytical and strategic acumen in their field.
