Brian Jarvis

Brian Jarvis is a seasoned professional in learning and leadership development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning and Leadership Development at WM, Brian manages program strategy for WMSBS, a $2.6 billion division. Prior to this role, Brian held positions such as Manager for Aetna Health Care Business Learning, Development, and Performance, and Assistant Vice President at United Bank, focusing on curriculum design and development. As a touring artist and songwriter since 2009, Brian has created a self-sufficient brand, achieving notable success with a self-titled record. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Development at the University of Denver.
