Erika Green, MBA, MS, serves as the Senior Director of the People Support Center at WM, a Fortune 500 Environmental Services company, leading strategic change management initiatives focused on cultural transformation and employee experience enhancement. Previously, Erika held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at Texas Mutual Insurance Company, where responsibilities included employee engagement and talent management for the state’s largest Workers' Compensation Insurance Provider. Erika began a career in Human Resources at Computer Sciences Corporation, progressing through various strategic roles that supported a diverse workforce. Erika's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, an MS in Human Resources from Chapman University, and a BA in Humanities from Loyola Marymount University.
