Hassan Gulamali

Hassan Gulamali is a seasoned professional in learning and leadership development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning & Leadership Development at WM since November 2024, Hassan manages enterprise-wide initiatives for over 50,000 members. Prior roles include Manager of Talent & Development for Amazon Ads, where leadership in a hyper-growth environment was key, and a director role at TechnipFMC, leading a global transformation of the learning function. Hassan has held various positions in learning and development, including managing strategies, analytics, and leadership programs, while also contributing to employee engagement and safety training initiatives. Academically, Hassan holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and History from The University of Texas at Austin.
