Prior to this, Rhonda served as Sales Manager at California Closets (Concord), focusing on team management, sales strategies, and operational auditing. Rhonda began their career at California Closets (Corp HQ) as Customer Logistics Coordinator, where duties involved project management, vendor relations, and team training. Throughout these roles, Rhonda demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop efficient systems that improve operations and customer satisfaction.
