Michael Alfieri

Michael Alfieri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various sectors. As the Business Owner of Cookiebird Ice Cream Bar since May 2024, Michael oversees operations in the food industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Territory Manager at Waste Pro USA since March 2018, responsibilities include managing dispatch operations and enhancing performance through continuous improvement. Previously, as the Director of Quality Assurance at Go Solar Program, LLC, Michael led training for homeowners, focusing on energy efficiency. Michael also held the position of Account Marketing Manager at DigDev Direct, where the acquisition of 28 new accounts led to significant revenue generation. Prior experience includes a decade as an English Language Arts Educator for Broward County Schools, where Michael contributed to curriculum development and teacher training, and as an Area Supervisor at Bags Inc., launching operational facilities for customer baggage handling. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Creative Writing from the University of Central Florida and a degree in ELA 6-12 Education from Florida Atlantic University.
