Monique Maissan

Monique Maissan is the Founder and Chief Design Officer of Waste2Wear, leading efforts to minimize the environmental impact of plastic waste through the creation of transparent and traceable products. With extensive experience in the textile industry, Monique also serves as a China Agent for Ducky Dons Nederland since 2013 and was the Founder of Vision Textiles until June 2024. Previous roles include Supplier & Agent at Oilily from 2003 to 2008 and Buyer at C&A from 1987 to 1996. Monique's educational background includes Executive Education at Harvard Business School and degrees in Textiles from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Higher Technical School.
