Charles Thompson is a Senior Project Manager at WasteFuel. He brings over 12 years’ experience in delivering high value, capital intensive engineering and construction projects in the upstream energy industry.
Prior to joining WasteFuel, Charles served as Sr. Project Manager and Asset Manager at Valaris.
Charles has completed projects worldwide including assignments in Brazil, South Africa, Dubai, Spain, and many other locations in the capacity of Sr. Project Manager. He has led multinational project teams though all phases of projects including FEED, planning, execution on site, operational readiness and systems integration testing, and client acceptance.
Charles began his career in project engineering with a focus on construction, systems integration, commissioning and operational readiness of offshore drilling units.
Charles holds a BS in Maritime Administration from Texas A&M University.
