Guillaume Lucci

Guillaume has led for some 20 years the development and operation of infrastructure projects across the transportation, power, water, and maritime ports industries with a specific focus on emerging markets.

After spending nearly a decade leading the Global Engineering division and group-wide Capital Expenditures function as an Officer of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI, PSE:ICT), Guillaume has taken on a leadership role in the newly established Prime Infra, another Enrique Razon controlled Co., focused on water, power, and energy infrastructure investment, development, and operation. In that capacity, he serves as the President, Chief Operating Officer, and Board Member of Prime Metroline Infrastructure Holdings Corporation (Prime Infra) and Prime Metro Power Holdings Corporation (Prime Power).
