Chuck Worley

Chuck Worley has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and industrial fabrication industry. Chuck currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Wastequip since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Manager at L&M Industrial Fabrication from 2017 to 2021. From 2006 to 2017, Chuck served as the Director of Manufacturing at Wastequip, overseeing multiple production facilities and managing the Oregon site. Before that, they were the Plant Manager at Marathon Equipment from 1992 to 2006, where they had responsibilities in inside sales, purchasing, production, EHS, and HR.

Chuck Worley obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Texas A&M University. In September 2009, they obtained a Lean-Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from George Group.
