WATABE WEDDING CORPORATION is primarily engaged in providing wedding services. The Resort Wedding segment is engaged in holding weddings in domestic and overseas resorts, manufacturing and selling wedding dresses, which can be customized, tuxedos and photo albums, providing beauty service for photo shoots of wedding, coming-of-age and seven-five-three celebrations and others in its photography studios, providing clothing rental for ceremonies, providing travel agency service, selling wedding-related goods such as jewelry and gifts, and providing wedding-related education services. The Hotel and Domestic Weddings segment is engaged in operating hotels and providing wedding, banquet and accommodation service, as well as dress and photo album sales, beauty service, clothing rental, wedding goods sales and other services. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 23 subsidiaries and one associated company.
