Starting in various positions before attaining managerial status, Geneva played a significant role in the successful implementation of the Athenahealth Communicator and Collector systems. Prior to this, Geneva worked as a System Support Specialist at Soleus Health Care Services of Tri-Cities, Tennessee, where responsibilities included processing payroll and accounts payable on an agency level and managing medical records from March 1986 to December 1999.
