Adrian P. Hofer

Adrian P. Hofer is a seasoned executive and advisor with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. Currently a Partner at CYLAD since July 2024, Adrian supports clients in becoming "FUTURE • READY." As a Member of the Board of Directors at Appenzeller Alpenbitter AG since April 2004, Adrian contributes to a family-owned distillery's governance. Adrian also serves on the Advisory Board of WatchAdvisor AG. Previously, Adrian held significant roles at The Adecco Group, including Group SVP Strategy, where strategies to transform the organization into an Ecosystem of Work were developed. Other notable positions include Group Head of Digital Strategy and VP Global Head Digital Operations at The Adecco Group and Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group, where expertise in strategy consulting and transformational leadership was applied. Adrian's academic credentials include a Master's degree from ETH Zürich, a PhD from the University of St. Gallen, and further education at Eindhoven University of Technology.
