Olaf Eichstädt

Olaf Eichstädt (艾澈熙) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, development, and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at alupak AG since June 2021, Olaf plays a key role in creating innovative packaging solutions. In addition, Olaf has been a Board Member at WatchAdvisor AG since 2014, contributing to building a community for luxury watch enthusiasts. Previous positions include Founder and Management Consultant at Linova Consulting GmbH, Chief Engineer and Professor of Engineering at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Associate Professor of Technology Management at Guangzhou Institute of Advanced Technology. Olaf's earlier career featured significant roles at IWC Schaffhausen and Bühler Group, focusing on innovative technology development and R&D processes. Olaf holds a Dr. sc. techn. in mechanical process engineering from ETH Zurich and an eMBA in Technology Management from the University of St. Gallen.
