Rob Beshar has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Rob has held various executive positions in finance, operations, and IT in different companies. Currently, they serve as the VP Operations, Finance & IT at Watches of Switzerland Group PLC, where they are responsible for multiple aspects of the company's operations. Prior to this, Rob was the VP of Finance, Operations & IT at Spartina 449, where they managed various projects and implemented new systems. Rob also worked at Ralph Lauren, BD, Arthur Andersen, and Liz Claiborne in various finance and leadership roles. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated expertise in financial management, process improvement, and implementing ERP systems.

Rob Beshar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University between 1986 and 1991. Rob also obtained a CPA certification from New York State in 1996 and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from BD in 2007.
